One bright and sunny morning,the sun shone brightly from the sky above with a hint of aroma from a neighbour's cooking.
My father's birthday was round the corner so I thought of getting him a present.I decided to get him a motor car because his hobby is collecting different types of toy cars.I went to a hobby shop to take a look,just then,I saw a teenager with a cap sneakily take a toy car motor on display and quietly slip it into his pocket.He stole furtive glances around to make sure nobody caught him shoplifting.
When he was about to walk out of the shop,I shouted:"Stay there!" The man got a fright and turned around to face me,fresh feelings of panic engulfed him as he struggled to steel himself as calmly as he could."You...you...saw everything that ... that...happen...?"He stammered.
Without a doubt,I boldly answered :"Yes!You were trying to steal a toy car from the display."This time,the teenager looked even more anxious than usual,his legs were quivering like jelly.I asked him to tell me the reason why he had to steal that toy car.He answered that his brother's birthday was coming soon so he thought of getting a toy car for him but he did not have enough money to buy it so he had the thought of stealing it.
I told him that it was very good being so thoughtful but stealing isn't the right thing.He felt guilty and lowered his head and quietly said sorry.I felt a little sorry for him too so I decided to help him buy that toy car for his brother.From a sad and guilty face,his emotions immediately changed to one that was gleeing from ear to ear,seeing that happy look on his face,I could not help myself but smile too.
